You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

7. Supported Carriers 

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 

9. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier issues, device problems, or other factors outside our control. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DND Dumping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our SMS program.
